(from the 14th January - 3rd February and 18th March - 7th of April 2019)

First dish: Carbonara Dolomiti style

Main course: Veal cheek with lemon celeriac, fresh coriander and crispy winter roots

Dessert: Remembering the apfelstrudel

The dishes are accompanied with rote wine Lagrein from Terlan or artigianal beer from Pedavena.

The price is Euro 49,00 per person included of two glasses of red wine or a pint of beer or another drink and 0,50l of water.
