In Ladin "Valacia"
The most uphill hamlet is Vallazza di dentro, a small, now uninhabited village at the base of the valley, near the Cordevole river. In spite of the few houses, there is a chapel dedicated to the Madonna della Neve (Our Lady of the Snow), to protect all the inhabitants from the big avalanches that affect the valley. Going down a few hundred metres, you come to the hamlet of Vallazza di Fuori, which also consists of a few houses, mainly used as second homes. Going along a stretch of the valley floor road again, you will reach the hamlet of Molinat, which has a house and a bridge connecting the hamlets on the orographic right of the Cordevole with the orographic left. The first hamlet to be found is Sottil, a little hamlet which is now uninhabited, but which links up with the junction leading to nearby Davedino, on the left, or to the villages of Sottinghiazza and Roncat, on the right. Two very unusual hamlets are Davedino, which has a large cherry tree at its entrance, and the hamlet of Roncat, immersed in the purest nature.
