Ravioli from the Alps Ravioli made in different but apparently very similar ways are made throughout the Alps, filled with mountain herbs, with cottage cheese, with beets and many other ingredients.
Casunzei, Casjinci, Schlutzkrapfen and Chjarsons are offered at the Burz.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be an opportunity to taste the different varieties of ravioli!
