Burz Hut

From January every Tuesday on resevation it's possible to have  dinner at the Rifugio Burz.

Lunch time from 11.30pm to 3.00pm, it’s possible also to have dinner every Tuesday on reservation.
THE SUMMIT OF TASTE OF THE DOLOMITES THE FIRST GASTRONOMIC REVIEW
(from the 14th January - 3rd February and 18th March - 7th of April 2019)


Appetizer: “Delights of the Chef” assorted cold sliced meats and local cheese

First dish: “Casunciei" filled raviolo with cottage cheese and spinach or consommé with tyrollean Dumplings with speck

Main course: Baked Pork shank or Beef Goulash

Side dishes: Sauté Potatoes or Sauerkraut (sour cabbage)

Dessert: “Kaiserschmarren"

The dishes are accompanied with red wine Merlot Stradella Cantina La Mincana or artigianal beer from Pedavena.

The price is Euro 45,00 per person including two glasses of red wine or a pint of beer or another drink and 0,50l of water.

Lunch time: from 11.30pm to 3.00am possible also on reservation every Friday evening.
