The Arabba Marmolada ski area is preparing for the 2025/2026 winter season under the banner of innovation and sustainability. Numerous infrastructure works are underway on slopes and lifts to ensure greater efficiency, safety and comfort for all skiing enthusiasts.
Portavescovo Area – Salere SlopeModernisation of the artificial snowmaking system with an investment of €650,000. Objective: increased energy efficiency, optimal use of water resources and superior snow quality.
Pordoi Area – “Lezuo – Belvedere” Gondola LiftPordoi S.p.A. is building a new 10-seater automatic-clamping gondola lift to replace the existing four-seater chairlift while maintaining the same line. Hourly capacity: 3,400 people. Total investment: €15 million.
Marmolada – Artificial Snowmaking SystemMarmolada S.r.l. plans to upgrade the snowmaking system from Passo Fedaia (2,057 m a.s.l.) up to an altitude of 2,800 m. Project value: €5 million.
Padon Area – “Passo Padon” ChairliftGeneral overhaul of the mechanical components of the lift connecting Arabba and the Sellaronda to ensure maximum safety. Investment: €530,000.
