HERO Dolomites Saturday 13.06.2026 transit in Arabba - Fodom
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, Arabba - Fodom will once again take center stage as the HERO Dolomites passes through the area, widely regarded as the world's most spectacular mountain bike marathon. The event represents a true challenge for thousands of off-road cycling enthusiasts from around the globe.
The variety and difficulty of the routes, set within the breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage landscape of the Dolomites, have made the HERO one of the most prestigious events on the international mountain biking calendar. This year, the race will once again enjoy exceptional media coverage, with global television distribution reaching 118 countries across five continents through leading sports broadcasters and digital platforms.
The event can also be followed online via live streaming on the official HERO World Series website.
Regarding the course, riders competing in the 86 km route will arrive from Passo Campolongo, descend towards Arabba and cross the main road near the square next to the church. From there, they will continue towards Alfauro to tackle the famous and demanding Ornella climb, passing beneath Sasso Cappello before heading towards Passo Pordoi.
Participants in the medium and short routes will instead be diverted in Arabba onto the unpaved Sorieghe road, continuing towards Passo Pordoi.
