Arabba is in the Veneto Region, which is in the white zone until reclassification.
The movements between the different Regions are allowed in the white and yellow zones. Furthermore, people with “green pass” are also allowed to travel between the Regions and the autonomous Provinces in the orange or red zone. For the moment, there are only white and yellow zones in Italy.
From 15/06 the curfew has been completely abolished.
What is a Digital Green Certificate?
The green pass came into force on 1 July. The Digital Green Certificate, will be issued by a national platform, and will contain a two-dimensional barcode (QRcode) to digitally verify its authenticity and validity. It will be necessary to move within the European Union in addition to being valid on the national territory for the movements and activities for which certification is required. - To spend the night in communal dormitories in alpine huts, mountains inns, and youth hostels
- For public events, such as folk and village festivals or sporting events
- To visit a theatre, concert, or cinema
- To access museums, cultural sites, and exhibitions

The activities of restaurant and bar services are open without time limit, but to consume food and beverage in indoors areas is required a green pass for all persons over the age of 12.

Is required the green pass in the facilities ( Hotels, B&B, Apartments)?
Guests of an accommodation facility can access the bar and restaurant services offered by the facility exclusively for its customers, even in the case of consumption at the table in an indoor venue, without showing a COVID-19 green certification.
In the event that, however, the bar and restaurant services of the accommodation are also open to customers who do not stay in the structure, access will be reserved only to those who, customer of the structure or external customer, are in possession of a green pass, in case of consumption at the table indoors.
Entry into Italy is usually permitted from almost all EU countries (+ Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Monaco) without any special justification.To enter Italy, in the case of a stay or transit from countries on List C in the last 14 days, in addition to filling out a self-declaration, a molecular or antigenic test is required, which is carried out with a swab and a negative result in the 48 hours before the Entry into Italian territory.
