Tasting speck and cheese

On Thursday, July 27, 2025, and Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Burz Refuge invites you to experience a tasting journey among the authentic scents and flavors of the Dolomites.

In a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, you will enjoy a rich and curated platter designed to tell the story of the Dolomite tradition through a selection of high-quality speck and cheeses.

The star ingredients will be three excellences: Speck Alto Adige IGP, the smoked Sauris speck, and the Bauerspeck from the farmhouse, known for its bold and genuine flavor. To complete the experience, five types of cheese selected from the best local productions, each with its own personality and intensity. This will all be accompanied by a "bite of wine," a carefully paired tasting to enhance the flavors of the platter.

The cost of the experience is 25 euros per person, and we look forward to having you for a lunch that is different from the usual, to be savored slowly, whether in company or in peace, with your gaze lost among the peaks.

Reservation is recommended: spaces are limited and the experience promises to be in high demand.
